Week #3 (Jan 30-7)
This week was good but not great. I only lost 2 pounds to bring the total to 231. I only worked out once and ate okay. I didn't do as good of a job as I did the prior two weeks. Still, I am ready to make this week a good one. I am going to eat better and work out more so I can get out of the 230's forever. The total now is 12 pounds.
