Week #28 (Aug 10-22)
I now weigh 216. I worked out three times in NY and by doing that and controlling the eating, I kept it in check. I am now back and have started the next round of 20 pounds to lose as I would like to get near 200 on this next phase. I was at 220 when I got back and now am down to 216. I am excited as the momentum is strong. I am going to work hard during the next few weeks.
