Week #2 (Jan 23-30)

This was my second week. I have been going to these two personal trainers who have been really helping me. I have also been eating really well. I try to eat 4-5 times a day and have small meals that have 1 carb, veggie, and 1 fruit. I lost another 4 pounds. I started the week at 237 and am now 233.

Week #1 (Jan 16-23)

Well this was the first week in my adventure to lose weight and begin to eat healthier. I started out at 243 and lost 6 pounds. I am now 237 and feel pretty good.
