Round #2: Start (Jan 5)
It is a new year. I realize that I was going to start Round 2 before but that didn't really happen because of the holiday. Now I am ready to start it again. I am still 220. That is still around 23-26 pounds since I started. The goal here is to get down to 200. I am going to work hard both at the gym and with my diet to get there. Here we go. Let Round 2 begin.
