Round #2 End of Week#1 (Jan 12)
I now weigh 218. I lost 2 pounds this week. I thought it was going to be easier and that I was going to lose more but I guess that is good for a start. I ate well as my girlfriend cooked for me and I went to the gym a few times. 2 pounds lost is better than 2 pounds gained. I will work harder this week and try to lose more by eating even better.
