Round #2 End of Week #3 (Jan 26)

I lost another 2 pounds and now weigh 214 to bring the total to a 6 pounds loss. I am averaging 2 pounds a week which is good. I ate well and worked out. Over the weekends though, I have been letting go a little too much. I don't want to be too hard on myself though because I am still pretty happy with the pace so far and deserve to be a little more relaxed on the weekend, it's just something to keep my eye on. I will continue to work hard over this next week so I can continue to lose more. So far so good.
