Week #13-14 (April 14-April 30)

I now weigh 223. I lost 4 pounds since my last entry. That is the good news. The even better news is that I went away on Vacation and didn't gain anything. I tried to eat well and worked out a few times. I am glad to be back and feel motivated to lose a lot more. This is a long process but I do feel good about it.

Week #12 (April 7-14)

I still weigh 227. I didn't lose any weight this week. I worked hard, ate well, and still didn't lose anything. That is very frusterating to me and has left me very angry. I'm sure there will be better weeks but still. It is now 12 weeks and I still can't get past the 220 mark. I am very upset about it. It is weeks like this that make me just want to give up rather than be left feeeling upset about this slow process. I'll try to do better.

Week #11 (March 30-April 7)

I went back to NY and gained three pounds. I keep going up and down. The bad news is the total is up to 227. The good news is that I am motivated again. Call it Weight Loss Reloaded. I am hoping this will be a big weight loss week as I am going to try hard. I already went back to the trainers twice and am going to eat better. I want to make up for March which ended up being a slow weight loss month.
