Week #30 (Aug 31-Sep 14)

I now weigh 214. I am up a pound but I am now starting the watch my weight more and go to the gym. I am going to NY in two weeks and that tends to make me gain weight. I am going to try hard for the next two weeks to get more weight off before going there.

Week #29 (Aug 23-Aug 31)

I now weigh 213. That is the first time my weight is so low in years. It has been 4 pounds since my last entry but 7 pounds for what I call Act 2 of my 3 act saga. Act 1 (243-220) and now Act 2 which hopefully will be 220-200. I am down 7 pounds for act 2 but I have officially lost 30 pounds since I began this adventure and that makes me happy. I have been eating Lean Cuisine this past week and have been working out. I am going away for the weekend but I feel strong that next week I will continue the weight loss. I am very motivated to continue to lose more in the upcoming weeks.
