HOLIDAY BREAK
I am back up to around 220. I am usually between 216-220 but I am not happy with that. I really want to get down to 200. I am starting the diet again. I'd like to get off 10-12 pounds before I go to NY for the holidays next week. I have been eating pretty healthy and working out but I need to work harder if I want to get some weight off. Let's see how it goes.
