New Chapter Week 1 (March 3)

Well I shot back up to 227 after doing a lot of traveling and having back trouble. Back trouble really makes it hard to maintain the weight loss. Traveling also does a lot to make it more difficult to not only lose weight but to maintain weight loss. When my back hurts, I don't feel healthy and motivated to go to the gym.

That being said, my back has been feeling better and I have not been traveling as much this month so I started this week to lose weight and I am at 221 right now. This is still almost 10 pounds from where I was before but it is a start again.

I will also have to be more careful when I am traveling to deal with the pain of wanting to eat food but avoiding it.

I feel stronger and motivated again. Let's get back to where we were.

Week #1 (July 10)

This is the start of week 1. It is actually week 1 of round 3. Round 1 was 243-220, Round 2 was 220-212 and now we start Round 3. Hopefully this will go longer since Round 1 was a 23 pounds loss while Round 2 was only a 8 pound loss.

I now weigh 212. I was under 210 but had a hard time holding that. Now I am back with new motivation. I am excited and determined to lose weight at a healthy quick pace.

Round #2 (April 27)

I don't know where I am with weeks. I have gone up and down a few pounds but now I am at 209 and 34 pounds loss in total. I am very happy with this. I am continuing to push to my goal of 180-185. We'll see but I am doing good and need to keep it up.

Round #2 End of week#4 (Feb 2)

I am down to 212 although my scale has been acting up. It is either 212 or 213 but I am going to go with the smaller number. I will watch the scale this week and as I might have to buy another one. Still, we'll go with 212 which would be another 2 pound loss to bring the total to now 8 pounds. It would be great to get to 210 next week. We'll see. I will work hard at it to see if I can get there. Maybe I will have limited carbs to help me get there. We'll see.

Round #2 End of Week #3 (Jan 26)

I lost another 2 pounds and now weigh 214 to bring the total to a 6 pounds loss. I am averaging 2 pounds a week which is good. I ate well and worked out. Over the weekends though, I have been letting go a little too much. I don't want to be too hard on myself though because I am still pretty happy with the pace so far and deserve to be a little more relaxed on the weekend, it's just something to keep my eye on. I will continue to work hard over this next week so I can continue to lose more. So far so good.

Round #2 End of Week #2 (Jan 19)

I lost another 2 pounds this week to bring my weight to 216. I worked pretty hard and am some what happy with the results. A 4 pound loss in 2 weeks in okay but hopefully next week is better. We'll see.

Round #2 End of Week#1 (Jan 12)

I now weigh 218. I lost 2 pounds this week. I thought it was going to be easier and that I was going to lose more but I guess that is good for a start. I ate well as my girlfriend cooked for me and I went to the gym a few times. 2 pounds lost is better than 2 pounds gained. I will work harder this week and try to lose more by eating even better.
