Week #10 (March 23-30)

I lost 4 pounds to bring the weight to 224. I am going to NY for the weekend for a wedding but I will be back on Monday and get back on track.

Week #9 (March 15-23)

I did good the first half of the week but then I went to Vegas and indulged in the buffet and didn't exercise. I suffered for it and gained 3 pounds to bring my weight back up to 228. I should come off quickly but it still presents a challenge. I would like to work hard this week because a week from now I will be flying back to NY for a wedding and so I would like to diet as much as possible before then. I am going to work hard this week.

Week #8 (March 7-14)

This was a really good week. I went to the gym and ate well. I lost 5 pounds to bring the total to 18 pounds lost. I now weight 225. I am very happy about this.

Week #6-7 (Feb 21-March 7)

Well I gained 3 pounds. I am now 230. I was home for a week and a half. Believe it or not, that is actually not that bad. I thought I might have gained more. I went to the gym 3 times while at home and tried at times to eat right although I fell off the wagon and ate bad most of the time. All and all, I am not happy that I gained weight but I feel very motivated now that I am home from my trip. I got all of my healthy food and will work hard this week to lose weight.
