I am now in NY. I went to the gym today and weighed in at 218 so I lost 3 pounds since last week. I am still 3 pounds away from where I was which was 215. The worst part is that I am away in NY which usually means that I gain weight. I go back to my home here and I slip back into old habits where I eat to escape. I have been finding it harder of late to not eat and control myself. I guess I am nervous and under more pressure which makes it harder to not eat to escape. I will be here until Tue and am going to do the best that I can to keep the eating in check. Tomorrow I will go running which will hopefully make it easier. I hope to keep it under control so that when I get back to LA, I can get back on the weight loss train and lose another 20 pounds. In the meantime, I need to get through the next few days and try my best to go easy on the food so that I don't gain. I really hope that I can stay under 220 by the time I get back. I am going to do my best for that. Man, losing weight is not easy.
