Week #5 (Feb 14-21)
This was an okay week. I lost 1 pound and now weigh in at 227. I worked out a lot and ate well but I didn't work hard enough to lose more weight. The big challenge is the next two weeks. The reason is that I am flying to New York for business and a friends Bachelor Party. I will be there a week and a half. I know that I probably won't lose any weight but I am hoping to not gain any weight. I will go meal to meal and try to eat right plus try to get some exercise in. I am going to do the best that I can to still eat healthy while I am there. Let's see how it goes.
